What is Yogalates?
It is a unique practice that encompasses the foundations of yoga and Pilates for a dynamic experience. This practice will help you find your inner strength in mind, body, and soul, yet is gentle enough to allow for people with injuries, imbalances and limitations to practice.
Yoga with Weights
This is not your typical strength building class! Instead, yoga with weights is a form of muscle conditioning that combines traditional yoga asana with the added resistance of hand weights to carefully build strength and endurance. Weights used should be light (1-10 lbs for most exercises, but are not required in order to benefit from this class.
